Pitchers Need to Get It Under Control

I’d say it’s not dramatic considering it is his freaking head.
What Whit is trying to say nicely “These pitchers suck!” And he’s right. This happens every year where managers bring up crap pitchers from the farm system. They’re not ready, but need to get “Big League” reps in.
Few ways MLB could manage this issue
Tiered suspensions for pitchers similar to PED use
Add a new level of pitch where the ump can discern how egregious it is with penalties like
Batter gets to second
Pitcher is immediately removed
Pitching team’s runs reset to zero for the inning
Or.. call me crazy… we have pitchers start batting again
