Despite the Injuries, this is Still a Playoff Team
We’ve all seen what’s happened this year in regards to injuries. In fact, I’ll take part of the blame because it seems to have happened every week since this newsletter started— sorry about that.
Call me overly optimistic, but this team has the potential to still make a playoff push. We’re a top-five team in pitching, baseballs are looking more like soccer balls to Marcell Ozuna, and there is promising strength in the schedule up ahead.
I have faith in AA’s ability to keep this team afloat and lock in for the rest of the year and keep early playoff ball hopes alive. I’ll be there tonight as Nola faces off against Fried. See you there!
